Return Policy

Returns & Refunds:
We will accept returns on all orders within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be returned to Aggressive Cobra Products in a new, resaleable condition. You must receive a return authorization before returning any items. Failure to do so will delay your refund. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The shipping cost will not be refunded, and Aggressive Cobra is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend using an insured carrier to ensure your return arrives at ACP.

Order Cancellation:
Any order may be canceled before processing and/or shipping with no additional cost incurred. You must contact us at 815-919-9586 immediately to cancel your order. Any order that has not been canceled and has been shipped will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged Merchandise:
Please inspect all packages promptly; any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for the claim with the carrier to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please save all packing materials & contact us immediately at 815-919-9586. ACP cannot process a claim after the 48-hour time frame for damaged claims. It is your responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise UPON receipt to ensure no damage has occurred.

Distributor Return Policy:
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days, pre-paid, and have prior authorization from Aggressive Cobra Products. NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THIS AUTHORIZATION. There will be a 15% service charge for all overstock merchandise returned, except for shipping errors on all orders after 30 days. A credit memo will be issued for all returns to be applied to any outstanding balance or future purchases. A check will not be issued.
