One (1) Year Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods and only for physical goods purchased from ACP. (the "Physical Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, ACP. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

ACP will either replace or repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from ACP is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
Damage caused by natural disasters.
Theft or loss of the product.
Shipping to/from international locations.

What do you have to do to obtain a limited warranty service?

To obtain a warranty service, contact our customer service department ([email protected]) to allow ACP to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. A Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) is required for all warranty services.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
